These terms govern your use of bornstar.co and everything Born Star publishes there. Read them. By using the site you agree to them.
By accessing or using Born Star, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Born Star is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to access any part of the site. Performers must be verified as 18+ before any content goes live. See our 18 U.S.C. §2257 compliance statement.
You are responsible for your account, the content you upload, and any activity that happens under it. Keep your credentials private. Notify us immediately at contact.bornstar@protonmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We remove violating content and accounts at our discretion. Severe violations are reported to the appropriate authorities.
Creators keep ownership of their content. By uploading to Born Star, you grant Born Star a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, encode, transcode, preview, thumbnail, stream, distribute, and promote that content on the site and in site-related marketing, only for as long as the content is on the platform.
You confirm that you own or have all necessary rights, releases, and permissions for every person who appears in your content, that all performers are 18+, and that publishing the content does not violate any law or contract.
Creators receive 80% of attributable revenue, paid on the schedule disclosed at sign-up. Born Star may withhold or reverse payouts in cases of chargebacks, fraud, or terms violations. Tax forms are the creator’s responsibility.
Born Star, the wordmark, the sparkle, the design system, and all site code are owned by Born Star. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the site without written permission. For copyright takedown requests covering content on the site, see our DMCA policy.
If you appear in content on the site without your consent, or you have a copyright concern, contact us at contact.bornstar@protonmail.com or via /dmca. A human reviews every report within 24 hours.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Born Star disclaims all warranties — express, implied, statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Born Star will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Born Star in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Born Star and its team from any claim arising from content you upload, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms or if we are legally required to. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Born Star is established, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that location, except where local consumer law gives you the right to bring action in your own jurisdiction.
We will update these terms when the product or the law changes. The effective date at the top tells you when the current version took effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
