Born Star (bornstar.co) takes the protection of minors seriously. All performers on Born Star were verified to be at least 18 years old at the time of production. This page is our compliance statement.
All visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in this website that were produced by Born Star comply with the record-keeping and labelling requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257, 18 U.S.C. §2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
With respect to all such depictions produced by Born Star, the records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept on file by the Custodian of Records listed below.
With respect to visual depictions displayed on this website that were not produced by Born Star, the operators of this website are not the “producer” of those depictions as that term is defined in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c). For those depictions, the original producer of the content maintains the records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and the operators of this website rely in good faith on the certifications and records held by those producers.
For all user-uploaded content, Born Star requires the uploading creator to be the producer, to retain §2257 records, and to make those records available on request as a condition of publishing on the site.
The Custodian of Records for all content produced by Born Star can be reached at the email address listed below. Written records inspection requests will be acknowledged within a reasonable time and arranged in accordance with 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
